Product Development
7 Designers for developing new products and 22 designers for coloration and sizing
Technological Innovation
All machines used in the factory are new brand high technology Van de Wiele and Schonherr machines and for finishing line European made last technology machines
In Design department last version of software Ned Graphics and Texcell and high technology hardware
There is a system with barcode in each step of the production and storage stages, it is possible to control the stocks, warehouse and shipments online. Also it is possible to use the international barcoding system such as EAN Code, Code 128 etc or customized codes.
Efficient Production
The production capacity for the machine made carpets is over than 8 Million m2 per year and production capacity of the yarn factory is 10.800 Tons per year (900 Tons per month)
Design & Innovation
Work on design, innovation and quality development is another way of making the difference. Yasin Kaplan Carpet has advantage of working as integrated factory as yarn&carpet manufacturing. It is important to test or develop the new types of yarn and improve the quality or develop some new models or different use of yarn by production methods.
We are always searching for ways to use our machinery and other resources to create new, more useful and interesting products.

We would like to meet the needs and expectations of our customers with good service and high quality in design, color and service with qualified staff.
The main aim in Quality Policy is customer satisfaction and respect to the environment. Yasin Kaplan Carpet has system to control each step of the production. There are Input material and raw material inspection department, process controlling and final product inspection. The products manufactured by our factory are also checked for national and international quality compliance and certification.
Social & Environmental Responsibility
Child Labour is a global issue, it plays a role in developed as well as the developing countries. Yasin Kaplan Carpet is taking position against Child Labor and supporting all activities for stopping child labor.
As Yasin Kaplan Carpet, we believe that our first customers are workers and if you cannot satisfy the people working in your team, you cannot give positive service to anyone. All workers have social insurance and facilities for food and health service etc.
