Owner Invest was formed after its Directors spent considerable time in the US observing the phenomenal growth of the Condo hotel market and saw firsthand how investors could make real financial returns from investment property yet avoid the headaches that come with buying to let.

We take great care when deciding which developers we talk to and which products we offer. Here is a selection of just some of the things we take into account when selecting a new product:
Quality
Is it well made, maintained, staffed and what are the facilities like?
The Location
Is the area attractive and accessible? What is the profile of the visitors to the area and how many are there? Does it attract visitors all year round?
Pricing and Returns
Does it represent real value and how does it compare to similar resorts in similar locations? What are the finance options? What are the minimum expected returns?
The Resort and the Management Team
Who are they and what is their history? How will they find and book guests to fill it? Will they maintain the standards of the resort?
Occupancy Rates
How many guests have stayed and paid? Was the experience enjoyable? Will they return?
