The neighborhood watch alarm was designed by a former deputy sheriff to help protect real estate agents when alone and showing listings but soon became adapted to home intrusion, vehicle deliveries in high crime areas, small business protection, medical emergencies and more. The consept of the alarm is a 121 db. Siren followed by a 118db programable voice alert to let surrounding neighbors know that there is a problem at the location of the alarm, asking them to contact 911 for immediate help to the area.
