Here is What You Need to Participate In a Tender:
Technical: The technical part should consist of a product specification, and an ISO certificate.
Financial: A pro-forma invoice prepared in the name of the client needs to be attached in the case of international tender. When it comes to the local tender the invoice should be issued on our name. In both cases the offer price must be broken down to reflect FOB price, CIP price (port of Djibouti) and Freight coast. The document also needs to have the following in formations:
- Payment
- Bank address
- Delivery time
- Validity-origin of goods
- Name of manufacturer
- Year of manufactured
- Port of loading
- Packing, weight and volume
- Mode of packing
- HS Code of the products
