A. Seller makes offer (FCO on company letterhead w/ allocation number,

export number, Window & Stamp)
B. Buyer responds with ICPO.
C. Buyer - Seller sign and seal ICPO.
D. Seller issues full style contract.
E. Seller - Buyer sign and seal contract with banking.
F. Seller gives Vessel name, Call sign, Captain name.
Copy of the 'ASPATANKVOY' Charter Party Duly Signed
G. Buyer issues Documentary Letter of Credit.
H. Seller delivers crude oil.
I. Buyer pays seller for unloaded barrels.
J. Buyer pays commissions.
*****( PB IS NOT REQUIRED, HOWEVER THE SELLER MUST PROVIDE CHARTER AGREEMENT BEFORE L/C IS ADVISED OR ISSUED)

D. Seller issues full style contract.
E. Seller - Buyer sign and seal contract with banking.
F. Seller gives proof of product and or 2% cash PB
(negotiable.. based on the strength of the POP).
G. Buyer issues Documentary Letter of Credit.
H. Buyer picks up crude oil.
I. Buyer pays Seller for unloaded/loaded barrels.
J. Buyer pays commissions.

TRANSSHIPMENTS PROCEDURES:

A. Seller makes offer (FCO on company letterhead w/ allocation number, export number,

Window & Stamp )

B. Buyer responds with ICPO.
C. Buyer - Seller sign and seal ICPO.
D. Seller issues full style contract.
E. Seller - Buyer sign and seal contract with banking.
F. Seller places a 2% Cash bond for guarantee there vessel
for transshipment will be unloading crude oil into buyers vessel.
G. Seller gives vessel name they are to transship.
H. Buyer nominate vessel and gives this info to seller.
I. Buyer issues Documentary Letter of Credit.
J. Seller delivers tanker to international waters.
K. Buyer pays for discharged barrels after Quality and Quantity report (SGS).
L. Buyer pays commissions.
