We are building many residential houses and commercial buildings. We already operate one building supply store (graniger) and will open several more soon. We own several warehouses. Iraq government and people give us a lot of helps, including warehouses and hundreds working people.
Currently, we mainly buy from us distributors, such as home depot, sears and granger. They provide us good price. However, the delivery is at us port, and we have to ship it back to turkey. We want to buy directly in source countries and ship to turkey. This would result in much savings in time, and may be in price too.
We are interested in many basic construction materials. For examples:
1. Pipes and accessories (coupler, switch, etc. ), made of copper, steel, plastic, etc.
2. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures: Such as sink, toilet, tub, etc.
3. Electricity related: Wire, switch, circuit breaker, lighting, nuts, etc.
4. Rebar, steel column, beam.
5. Transformer: From 3 kva to 20 kva.
6. Floor, granite, marble, tile.
7. Timber and plywood.
8. Appliances, particularly air conditioning.
9. No concret, no brick.
