We are direct to Sellers/ Mandates/ Refineries for the D2, JP54,
M100, LNG, LPG, REBCO.
These Sellers are reliable and their banks can confirm that
they hold the POP to Buyers bank.
Buyer needs to follow Sellers procedure in order to get things moving.
Needs send signed NCND/MFPA to start.
PROCEDURE ( ICPO needs to copy these procedures )
1) Buyer issues ICPO with banking infor. to Seller
2) Seller issues FCO. Buyer signs and return FCO to Sellers.
3) Buyers bank contacts Sellers bank for confirmation that
they hold the partial POP.
5) Buyers bank issues Pre Advice MT103 to Sellers bank.
6) Sellers bank issues partial POP to Buyers bank ( TRS,
SGS report, Dip test Authorization )
7) Sellers bank issues Full POP & 2% P.B to Buyers bank.
8) Buyers bank issues an RDLC for the Term of the contract.
9) Delivery commences per contract.
