Material:
1. Rattan: PE Rattan, durable and UV resistant, color is optional as your requirement (charcoal, dark brown, chocolate, cream, beige, etc).
Flat rattan width is 6, 8, 10, 12 mm.
Round rattan diameter is 3mm.
2. Cushion and pillows: 180g-250g polyester, waterproof fabric and with zipper.
Generally 8cm thickness cushions for the sofas, beach chairs and sun beds, 4cm thickness for the chairs. The regular size of pillow is 45 x 45cm. Color is optional.
Frame structure:
1.Frame: Top grade aluminum frame with powder-coated, light, strong and resistant.
Sturdy, strong and light weight with good powder coating aluminum frame, never rust, the surface is treated with powder coated and oxidation and sensational fastness.
The thickness of aluminum tube is 1.2mm 1.5, 1.8 mm.
Diameter in circle: 28, 25, 22, 19, 16mm.
Diameter in square: 50 x 50, 40 x 40, 25 x 25, 20 x 20, 30 x 19, 15 x 15mm,which are depend on the design and what needed.
