Group profile: The group company was incorporated in the year 2002 by a team of individuals with significant experience from the ayurvedic domain, hospitality industry and health sector for the purpose of establishing herbal manufacturing units and health resorts.
There is ever growing demand for herbal products world over and studies reveal that over 80% of the world population relies on the traditional system on medicine, largely plant based to meet their primarily health care needs.
Keen to leverage this opportunity, all-season herbs began operations in a small rented premise with limited production capacity and obsolete equipment in its early years. Since then we have developed our product range, installed most modern equipments and moved to our own factory premises in an environmentally friendly surrounding amidst green lands.
Product range: From simple ratio extracts to standardized and full-spectrum extracts, we offer the variety and quality of extracts that is required for the herbal industry including items of
Medicinal value, pharmaceuticals, food supplements and cosmetics.
Having worked in close collaboration with ayurvedic clients over a long time, we have developed and standardized products adhering to the traditional system of medicine based on herb to extract ratio
Manufacturing plant: Situated just 23kms from the heart of bangalore city amidst herb plantations, the manufacturing facility is most well suited for the process of premium herbal extracts in a pollution -free and environmental-friendly surrounding.
The plant has isolated sections/areas for storage of raw-material, production and packaging, with distinct areas for quality check at each level.
The process area uses advanced methods and is housed in flameproof portion conforming to safety regulations and complying with gmp standards.
Quality: We believe in building business following the steps of quality, consistency & commitment.
A good number of our products are specifically manufactured to meet client specification and strictly adhere to recognized international standards and test measures. From sourcing of raw-material to the final product, the entire process is subjected to trials and quality tests at every stage of operation.
In addition to our in-house qc, we are affiliated to leading test labs in the country that provide third party certification when required.
Objective: We have now set our goals firmly on the international market to realize our vision of becoming a leading herbal extract manufacturer in the world. We will continue to focus on strengthening our capabilities as a fully integrated manufacturer offering a complete range of products with the most advanced r&d and new product development division.
