Southern Punjab Embroidery Industries (SPEI) is the joint venture of the private sector and the Ministry of Industries and Production, Pakistan to promote the industry of garments and textiles. SPEI caters to the demand of national and international clients for all their apparel and home textile concerns. We are proud to have a vast industrial setup in the city of Multan which makes us self sufficient in all the steps in apparel manufacturing. We have industrial units operational in spinning, weaving, knitting, stitching, dying, fabric manufacturing, embroidery and finished clothes and textile accessories. We provide our valued customers a one stop shopping experience where we cater to all their clothing and apparel needs. Our production units have the capability of producing complex embroidery patterns in state of the art computerized machines, as well as the capacity to create delicate hand woven and hand stitched textiles and handicrafts through trained artisans. We aspire to revive the traditional craft of embroidery by combining it with modern impressions and aspects. We develop to promote the skill of the traditional Pakistani craftsman on national and international arena by giving his work the platform where it can be appreciated by the world.
The company is developing employment and business opportunities in the underdeveloped and poverty struck areas of Southern Punjab, under the governments initiative. We provide training and employment to 1000s of poor artisans under our Training and Development department, which has resulted in sustainable growth in the region. SPEI also believes in the moral philosophy of empowering the women in our country, by providing them the opportunity to become contributing members to the economic development of Pakistan. Our operations provide employment to 1000s of women and we are currently planning to increase this figure by introducing similar units in other part of Pakistan.
