Our manufacturing ubit is installed with 120 machines with a capacity of producing 90, 000pcs per month.
SOURCING.
We provide sourcing support based on the requirements of the buyers and the orders. . Also available to each buyer is information on possible suppliers for specific merchandises including quality, price & ability to meet shipment schedules. We constantly evaluate the potentials of suppliers so that the buyer knows the exact capacity & quality levels.
PRODUCTION MONITORING.
The merchandising staff regularly monitors production on daily basis to ensure that correctly & esthatically made products are delivered on time.
QUALITY ASSURANCE.
The quality assurance team conducts inline & final inspection as per international quality standards to ensure quality as specified by the buyer.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We undertake product development at different factories to meet buyer's requirement for standards, prototypes, pattern check runs, production samples & fabricdevelopment etc.
